Refund policy

Product damaged during shipping qualifies for a replacement or full refund

 

Product that has been opened and/or used may be refunded with customer feedback minus shipping expense.

 

Returns for unopened product will be handled on a case-by-case basis and require reuse of the original packaging to protect glass jars. Refunds in lieu of return may be given at the discretion of Southern Ground.
